Honoring the legendary Albany Roller Mill

about our space and our story.

The Mill is the restored historical site of the Albany Roller Mill and has been reimagined as a warm, welcoming space that honors our city’s local history. We have so much pride for this place that our specialty drinks and dishes are named after real pieces of Albany history, and relics from the old roller mill live throughout the gathering room to quietly tie every cup back to the town we love.
