Honoring the legendary Albany Roller Mill.

Our drinks and dishes are named after pieces of Albany itself, and relics from the old roller mill live throughout the room – a quiet thread tying every cup back to the town we love.

Two cousins. Two wives. One Valentine’s Day hair appointment that turned a dream into The Mill.
